In the first quarter of 2025, the performance of leading carpooling and ridesharing apps on iOS in Finland showed varied trends in downloads and active users, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Bolt: Request a Ride experienced a fluctuation in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 4.9K and dropping to around 2.9K in mid-January, before rising again to about 3.2K by the end of March. The app's weekly active users showed a significant peak, growing from 86.2K at the start of the quarter to 82.1K by the end.

Uber - Request a ride saw a gradual increase in weekly downloads from 2K in early January to about 2.6K in mid-February, maintaining a steady rate towards the end of the quarter. Weekly active users for Uber started at 34.2K, with a minor dip mid-quarter, and closed at 25K.

Grab: Taxi Ride, Food Delivery showed a declining trend in weekly downloads from 917 to 274 by the end of March. However, its weekly active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 20K throughout the quarter.

Yango: taxi, food, delivery had its downloads decrease from 708 in late December to 206 by the end of March. Active users varied, starting at 1.9K, peaking to nearly 1.9K again in late January, and ending at 786.

inDrive. Save on city rides maintained a steady decline in downloads from 232 at the start of the quarter to 116 by the end. Active users slightly decreased from 635 to 506 over the same period.
